Musical Score for a Documentary

I had the privilege of composing and recording the musical score for Jonathan Vinson’s 2022 documentary film, “Paradise Strong.” Jonathan had a vision for the emotional tone of the score and we worked together to capture the pacing of the music within the context of the documentary.

The film follows several individuals and families who were directly impacted by the 2018 fires that ravaged Paradise, California. It was an honor to be part of this special project and to use music to help convey the stories of the fire’s victims.
